Iwona joined the practice in 2003 and worked alongside other architects in the practice to deliver projects in the Residential, Education & Healthcare sectors. In 2019, she took on the role of Office Manager including maintaining office standards, accounts and general administration.

Iwona was actively involved in the design and delivery of the new Palliative Care Unit for Milord Care Centre, focusing particularly on building interiors and room layouts. She was responsible for the refurbishment of Milford Convent comprising a full redecoration of the old building to create a warm and comfortable home. She has assisted our Healthcare Team in the delivery of four Primary Care Centres, in particular managing the interface with the HSE and Doctors in respect of detailed room layouts for specialist areas for a wide range of heathcare services.

Iwona has a particular interest in interiors and sustainable design. Most people experience buildings from the inside and her priority is to ensure bright, light filled spaces with natural materials. Her passion for sustainability dates back to her time studying in the USA where she took part in a national competition for a sustainable design solution for an Argicultural College in Fresno, California for which her design was recognised with an Honourable Mention.
