Private House – Pallaskenry
Project Description Quinn Architects were commissioned to design and oversee the procurement of the complete redevelopment of an existing dormer bungalow in Co. Limerick including a significant 250 sq.m. extension. The project was completed in 2011 and features new gallery and living accommodation arranged around a central atrium.
Private House – Sixmilebridge
Project Description In 1996 we were approached by a private Client who requested a contemporary house for his elevated woodland site. The completed project comprises two rectangular blocks, one two storey and one single storey, that meet around a semi-enclosed courtyard. The main volume of the house is arranged over a series of levels and features double height spaces top lit by a large rooflight. The house was completed in 2002.
Retirement Houses – Castletroy
Project Description Quinn Architects were commissioned by the Little Company of Mary to design a series of three terraced houses for the Community at Castletroy, Co. Limerick.
