Project Description
In 2006, Quinn Architects were commissioned to prepared architectural proposals for a residential development consisting of ten luxury apartments on a landscaped site including basement car-parking, close to the river and adjacent to the historical heart of the city. The scale of the development and the use of natural materials was carefully considered and the plan layouts of the apartments were configured to maximise views across the river and towards King John’s Castle.
