Mary Immaculate College first engaged Quinn Architects in 2011 to assess the feasibility of converting the former Mount St. Vincent complex (built in the 1860s) for use as a Post-Graduate Centre. Quinn Architects oversaw a comprehensive refurbishment of the 3,240 sq.m. building over four storeys, including reroofing, repointing, window/door repairs, fire upgrade works, new Building Services, and extensive external works.
