Dundalk Primary Care Centre is a substantial four storey building of circa 6,770 sq.m., located at the site of the former O’Carroll Village Shopping Centre close to Dundalk Town Centre. The building is arranged in an L-shaped configuration with a glazed link connecting the two blocks. The elevational treatment has been carefully considered to address the massing of the building. The building forms part of the urban renewal of the town and particular attention is paid to the public realm space to the front of the building – creating an attractive pedestrian route that connects with other public realm works undertaken by Louth County Council.

The Centre will provide a wide range of primary care services including addiction and mental health services, CAMHS and a Day Hospital. The accommodation also includes a GP Surgery and Pharmacy, both located at Ground Floor level.
