Quinn Architects have been appointed to prepare designs for a new 3,300 sq.m. Primary Care Unit on a .76 hectare site in Tipperary Town. The building will be shared by a local G.P. practice and the Health Service Executive (HSE) and will provide a one-stop medical facility for the residents of town. The building will also house a Pharmacy.
Quinn Architects were appointed on the basis of our previous experience in the Healthcare Sector. Sketch Designs have been issued to the Client and we expect to submit the Planning Application to Tipperary Town Council in early Spring.
