Project Description
As Mary Immaculate College has grown, the need to provide upgraded facilities for students and staff has increased in equal measure. In Spring of 2012, Quinn Architects was asked to refurbish an unused space adjacent to the main administration area for use as a Staff Lounge.
The project involved some minor structural alterations to fully extend the available space but the main focus was on the internal fit-out of the Staff Lounge to create a vibrant and stimulating meeting place for College staff. In addition to the internal fit-out, we also transformed the adjacent yard into a sunny garden space.
